PGiGolf is a complete golf tournament registration software. Below is a list of just a few of the system functions that the tournament manger will be able to perfom.

- Add/Edit/Delete Tournament details in Real-Time
- Create Sponsorship details with different levels of Sponsorship (apply number of participants to Level)
- If no sponsorship, participants can register individually or in groups
- If sponsorship, then ability to apply level of sponsorship and automatically populate fields for number of participants
- Link sponsor-status to participants
- Create straight through donation fields
- Input expenses by category
- View and Print reports from a drop-down list
- Inline emailing for participants, sponsors, and donors
- Customize an automated Thank you email
- Export feature on all data (TDV)
- Sort data by field
- View check payments vs. credit card payments and see who still needs to pay after registering (check payment status/balanced owed)
- View all registrants by all categories
- Organizes Teams: Ability to assign attendants to teams
- Assign participants to a team
- Assign team to a course number/hole number

- Print customized/itemized receipts
- Ability to manually input all participants/sponsors/donors
- Ability to limit the “Extras” that are available, (Sponsorships, Maximum 18 “Holes In One” Sponsorships)
- View / Edit / Manage “Expense Tab”: Ability to review and manually enter Expenses and Revenue.
- “Apply Payment” function: ability to apply payment to a transaction, and change the status from “Pending” to “Approved”
